MIBE On The Move

Join Anthony Lambatos and the MIBE team in a city near you for a day of education and inspiration around heart leadership and intentional culture building. The hospitality industry has historically put major emphasis on serving the guests – sometimes at the expense of team members. We will share how reversing that model and serving team members first can result in higher levels of service for guests and customers. Our one day pop up for leaders in the hospitality industry will focus on what it means to be a heart leader, small steps you can take to create a more cohesive and enjoyable work environment and tangible takeaways that will help you have a greater impact on your team. Lets face it, hospitality can be exhausting, especially when the team is not working together. If you and your team are in need of a spark to get reenergized and back on the same page, you won’t want to miss this opportunity to experience MIBE.

What is MIBE?

MIBE is the acronym for Make It Better Everyday and also the middle part of the mission statement at Footers Catering in Denver Colorado. Anthony and April Lambatos purchased Footers Catering from Anthony’s father in 2010 with the goal of turning the company into a great place to work. In doing so they have quadrupled revenue, dramatically reduced turnover, increased profitability and completed two physical moves more than doubling their space each time. They now operate out of a 40,000 square foot building that also includes an event venue called Social Capitol. They have been recognized not only as a best place to work, but also nationally as one of the top catering companies in the country. Anthony and April are passionate about helping other companies in the industry and created a sister company called MIBE to do just that. They have helped hundreds of companies from across the country grow their leaders and improve their work environments which in turn has changed the lives for the people that work within those organizations.

The Windy City! We thought the name came from the wind blowing off of Lake Michigan. Rumor has it the name came from politicians being full of hot air? Regardless, we’re coming in quicker than a lake breeze and hotter than room full of government officials up for re-election. Get ready for the best day of education you’ve had in a long time!
