Full Heart
What an incredible three days we've just had! My heart is full from the energy, love, and passion the attendees brought to the 2025 MIBE Summit. We had incredible speakers that inspired us with their stories. Deeper connections were made during the intimate breakout sessions. And we had a lot of fun together through the "mystery challenges!” This is truly a special community and whether you attended or not, I'm incredibly grateful for your support of what we are creating at MIBE. A special shout out to the winners of our MIBE Awards below. We want to continue to highlight the awesome things all of you are doing with your culture and the inspiring leaders making it happen. This year the selection of finalists and winners was more competitive than ever. I hope this inspires you to pour into your culture and people in 2025 by focusing on making it better every day. And save the Date for next year's MIBE Summit - January 25-27, 2026.
