Anthony Lambatos

  • When Anthony and his wife April Lambatos took over Footers Catering — one of the largest catering businesses in Denver — from his father (known as “The Tornado” for his knack of yelling and creating chaos), they knew things had to change. To grow the business and create a workplace people would love, they built with intention centered around a new philosophy: Heart Leadership.

Since Anthony became President & Owner in 2010, Footers has grown by 400%, scaled to 200+ employees, maintained retention 50% above industry average, and earned “Best Places to Work” recognition from multiple publications for the past ten years. The company has been recognized nationally for excellence and innovation in catering and culture — with standout benefits like company-wide vacations, an onsite cryotherapy chamber, legendary karaoke parties, a 40,000 sq. ft. headquarters and event venue (Social Capitol), and a leadership development program that builds future-ready teams.

With such a compelling growth story, industry peers kept asking Anthony how they could get Footers-level results, too. In response, he founded MIBE. Through the MIBE Annual Summit, workshops, trainings, and keynotes, Anthony has helped thousands of leaders across hundreds of organizations build people-first cultures that drive real growth.

His message is clear: fulfilled employees create unstoppable organizations — and work doesn’t have to suck.
