We have curated this retreat with the intention that each attendee would do all the activities, yet we understand this is your time away to fill up your own cup, so please do not feel obligated to participate if there is an activity you are not thrilled about experiencing. If you do opt-out, you can always soak up some sun while you enjoy the private pool house!

7 Bahias Tour - Boat Day with Beach Lunch

Departing around 10am with a return around 4pm. We will board a 45’ yacht and get ready for a day of fun in the sun! A guided tour will take us up the coast to explore the National Park with multiple spots to explore secluded beaches and snorkel in the clear Pacific Ocean. Sightseeing may include dolphins, turtles, and a variety of birds. We will stop at Playa Riscalillo to relax and enjoy a local seafood lunch on the beach. We will return to the marina at 4pm.

If you are not a fan of boats (and opt-out of the boat experience) you may have the option of joining the group for beach day fun.

Magic Waterfalls - Hike Day with Lunch

Departing around 8am with a return around 4pm (approximately 1.5-2 hours driving each way). Discover the Sierra Madre del Sure Mountains and the spectacular Magical Copalitilla Waterfalls. It is a fascinating place within the jungle where we will explore beautiful clear waterfalls ideal for swimming. Be sure to have water shoes ready for climbing up the waterfalls. During the tour there will be a stop to enjoy coffee, mezcal tastings, and we will learn about the healing properties of medicinal plants and products made by the community. We will then experience a delicious lunch of typical regional food including chicken mole and tortillas made by hand by the local women.

Pluma Hidalgo & Coffee Plantation Tour

Departing around 10am with a return around 3pm. We will drive to 4,500 feet in elevation to the sweet mountain town of Pluma Hidalgo, population of 3,000. Here we will learn about the prestigious coffee they farm and the history of the area. We will enjoy a local lunch with panoramic mountain views. On a clear day you can even see out to the Pacific Ocean!
