MIBE is the acronym for “Make It Better Every day” and is the sister company of Footers Catering that focuses on education around leadership and intentional culture building for the hospitality industry.

WHY WE EXIST

We know what can be achieved with heart leadership and an awesome company culture. We are here to inspire leaders of small and mid-sized companies in the hospitality industry with these concepts so they can find joy and fulfillment in their work and in their lives.

WHAT WE DO

We are looking for a Marketing & Programs Director that can handle all day-to-day activities and drive the growth and success of our organization. Our current programs consist of:

• MIBE Monthly - curated monthly education for companies that consists of virtual trainings and physical boxes mailed to facilitators so they can work with their teams to build stronger relationships and dedicate time focusing on building a great company culture.

• MIBE Summit - an annual conference that focuses on putting heart leadership in action. Attendees from across the country come to be inspired, to learn, and network with other heart leaders.

• MIBE Workshop - our Heart Leadership Workshops are opportunities for participants to go deeper into discovering more about themselves and who they want to be as a leader.

• MIBE Weekly - a weekly email newsletter campaign.

• MIBE Immersion - Customized in-person trainings for teams.

• Keynote speaking.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

MIBE is a fairly new company that has potential to grow in size and impact. The Marketing & Programs Director will be critical to making that happen. The ideal candidate has experience growing the audience for a person or brand and provides the energy needed to thrust us into new orbits! They are creative, have a history of demonstrating initiative, and can also manage client relationships (human and alien). This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, the ability to manage deadlines and the confidence to take on a big challenge. You will drive an overall marketing strategy that is outta this world, come up with creative ways to engage new audiences, are social media savvy, and promote our current offerings so they can grow. Experience working with professional speakers or education companies will be evaluated when determining compensation, but it is not mandatory.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: developing a marketing plan, utilizing social media to grow a following, set-up and execution of educational programs, communication with clients, implementation of new ideas, and seeking and booking speaking opportunities for Anthony Lambatos.

This is a full-time position with benefits that include health insurance reimbursement, paid time off, daily lunch and an awesome work environment. Pay range for the first year is $50,000-$70,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
