MIBE (acronym for “Make It Better Everyday”) is the premiere education, leadership and culture building organization in the hospitality industry. Our programs were designed by our sister company, Footers Catering, which has been recognized nationally for exceptional customer service, culinary innovation, hospitality excellence, and creating a company culture that celebrates the hard work of our employees.
We care deeply about this industry and when our peers continued to ask for consulting to help their organizations see Footers-level results, we created MIBE – to help them make it better everyday (see what we did there?!).

Footers Catering & MIBE Owners Anthony and April Lambatos and The Ambassador of Awesomeness Sam Totten have grown and established MIBE over the last 5 years. MIBE has reached a critical inflection point; an additional leader and their expertise are needed to bring the organization – and its impact – to the next level. The Marketing & Programs Director will manage the long-term campaigns and plans, executing the day-to-day activities and ultimately, MIBE our successful operation! Our current programs include:
MIBE Monthly: Company culture education program with monthly virtual trainings & mailed leadership kits
MIBE Summit: Annual national conference to activate heart leadership and meet other heart-led leaders
MIBE Heart Leadership Workshop: Leaders gather in person to dig deep into their leadership style and identify the leadership qualities they want to grow.
MIBE Weekly: Weekly inspirational email newsletter. And ongoing emails to our MIBE community.
MIBE Immersion: Customized in-person trainings for teams.
MIBE Keynote speaking
Key responsibilities:
Managing critical client relationships
Administrative responsibilities
Booking & confirming details for keynote engagements
Event planning
Social Media
Preferred experience:
Growing online audiences, influence and sales for a person or brand.
5 – 10 years of experience and a track record of success managing marketing initiatives
Honed the ability to manage multiple, multi-faceted projects and timelines simultaneously – understanding how to be nimble and assertive to drive results, on schedule
Experience with client-facing roles
Ideal qualities you have:

Compensation is $60,000-$70,000+ and commensurate with experience
